MARCHING BAND

Description:

Marching Band is a course for 8th grade through 12th grade instrumental musicians. In addition to improving on all the skills and techniques that are emphasized in earlier grade band classes, marching band students work on marching skills, producing a good outside sound, and large group visual skills. This performance group performs in parades, football games, pep rallies, and band festivals. Performances and participation are major portions of the grading criteria.
